SNT "Olgino"

SNT Olgino is a large, for more than 25 years, a horticultural partnership located in the village of Nikolo -Uryupinskoye Krasnogorsk district. The partnership occupies 19 hectares of picturesque land, on the shore of the quiet river of Lipka, the tributary of the Moscow River, next to the coniferous forest. In the summer, these places are so attracted to vacationers, while 45 SNT houses out of 135 are perfectly heated cottages, designed for the Russian winter, where people live constantly.

In SNT Olgino there is electricity, water supply (including from its own wells), main gas, sewage. Heating - individual, gas or electric heating boilers. Plots in the partnership-10-15 acres each. Houses in SNT "Olgino" are diverse: there are summer houses, but you can buy an elite cottage for 300-500 sq.
